Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS)

En septiembre de 2015, los países adoptaron una nueva agenda de desarrollo sostenible, construida en torno a 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible. Este acuerdo es la culminación de un esfuerzo concertado de los gobiernos, la sociedad civil y otros socios por aprovechar el impulso creado por los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio (ODM) para definir una ambiciosa agenda de desarrollo post-2015.

What is the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development? What are its objectives? We explain it to you in six minutes in this animation produced by the UNESCO Centre of the Basque Country - UNESCO Etxea, with the support of the City Councils of Vitoria-Gasteiz and Bilbao, and the Basque Agency for Development Cooperation. The audiovisual aims to raise awareness of the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs in their global and local context, and how they challenge us, helping to create a more informed and aware society, as well as to enhance the values of sustainability, gender equality, justice, human rights and the role that an active and aware citizenry should play.
